Friends Never Fade

Friday was the night of the 2010/2011 idea and catalogue launch. I hope the ladies had a good time because I know I did. This is just one of the cards that we made using the brand new Friends Never Faded (When I first saw this stamp wasn't keen on it but have been many cards with it already and I'm in love).


Tip for the flower, If you don't have all the makers. Firstly ink the with Baja Breeze (lightest ink) and then colour the stem with a Chocolate Chip Maker.

Great, I love ribbon (you should see all the yummy ribbon in the new catalogue) also I have had 2 felt circles made from the circle die sitting on my desk for ages.

For the background of the flower I have inked up my clear block and stamped onto the cardstock. I don't know who to give credit to but I have seen it on a few cards. What do you think? I quite like it....

Kids cards

It is miserable in Sydney today, Spent a day stamping with friends. The first card is for a 3 year old boy and I have used Fox and Friends.

Yes this card is extra long, I got a bit carried away with stamping the turtles and needed to make a longer card.

Flight of the butterfly is a perfect stamp set for little girls and coordinates with the butterfly punch.

I have seemed to have lost my mojo somewhere!!! I am hoping to find it soon.... This week is a colour challenge from the JUST ADD INK team.

This card didn't take to long to make, by the time my husband had his 45 min shower the card was finished.

Helping Hudson Challenge

I have just completed the first challenge that is running over at the Helping Hudsons Blog. The aim is raise $5000 for a Kid Walker for Hudson, Pop over and check out the details.

This weeks challenge is to make a male card using Baja Breeze, Kraft, Chocolate Chip. Do you grass from Inspired by Nature works on a Male? I must invest in some male stamps!!!!

Everything on the card is embossed, I have used my trusty Stamp-m-jig for the sentiments. Firstly stamp in Chocolate Chip Ink and then over the top with Versa Mark then cover with clear embossing powder.
