I'm still here

Sorry I haven't blogged for a while, I have hurt my back and sitting is very painful. I needed a card for a 4 year birthday party on the weekend. So I made a super fast card using the sketch idea from the front cover of the summer mini.

Stamps used are fox and friends and fabulous phrases for the sentiment available from the summer mini.

Wedding Card

I friend of mine asked me to make 2 wedding cards for her. I had one request to use En Francais BG stamp.

I have kept it simple as the invitation was very simple. I did make a envelope gift box to pop the card into it, you can find the tutorial HERE.

SU Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake
SU Stamps: En Francais BG, Vintage Vogue and Well Scripted
SU Inks: Pretty in pink, Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake
SU Other: Bird punch for the leaves, basic pearls, Pretty in pink satin ribbon, oval die

My Hubby went visiting to the neighbours last night so I only had about 20 mins to make this card. So I got the card done and cleaned up my desk and even had time to check a few blog. Phew.....

It's been a crazy week with school back and after school activities, My baby girl starts school on Monday. This week is a colour challenge, check out beautiful designs team has created HERE

I struggled with the soft suede but I love the rose red, regal rose and early espresso together.

Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #102

I soooo love this sketch but don't look to close to my panels in the back ground are uneven. I better keep it short, we are off to the library.

I pulled out my colour chart and picked a colour combo that is so yummy. Also I have used a stamp set that I love but has been neglected of late, Vintage vogue.

I would love to know what you think? I will post the card recipe tonight, sorry I need to go.....
