Journaling 101 week 2

This weeks assignment is to create a travel page and have some hidden journalling. I have created 2 pages of when the family went to vision valley.

For this page I have used Pink Flamingo DSP, Sahara Sand and Pacific Point Cardstock. Also some SU Chipboard, All supplies I have used is Stampin'Up!

My Daughter Imogen took these photo of when we went bush walking. I have used Urban Garden DSP, Inspired by Nature stamp set, Kiwi Kiss Ribbon. All supplies I have used are Stamp' Up!

Inkspiration Inspiration Challenge #14

Another challenge from the talent Makeesha, this one I have found a bit tough. I have always wanted to make a card with lots of ribbon so this what I came up with..... I not sure about this....

Journaling 101

I have joined up for a 12 week scrapbooking course, it's run by Erika Martin Stampin Mama Designs you can check the website HERE.

This is my first page but I had planed on a different page but had been waiting for my order to arrive so I thought I would try something different.

I have used Whisper white Cardstock, Pink Flamingo DSP, Circle Cirus Stamp Set with Summer Sun and Pumpkin Pie inks plus a couple of clear buttons.

I still don't have my laptop back so unable to edit my photo's....

OK, 3rd challenge for the Jayne Mercer Cyberchallenge is to make an Watering Can and in pink. If you would like to have a try making one check it out here . I will take another photo tomorrow in the daylight.

Cyberstamp Challenge #2

The second challenge is a colour challenge Pink, Black and white. It could be a card, Scrapbook page or a 3D item.

I have decided to a scrapbook page, this is my second that I have ever done. This first one I will show tonight. (I did the page on Friday night but haven't had the change to post it yet).

Just a quick page of Montana at build a bear on her birthday. The paper is from the Love Sparkles Simply Scrappin' kit.

Cyberstamp Challenge #1

Hi all, Come and join us in some fun and Lot's of stamping at Jayne Mercer Girls Night In Cyperstamp Challenge to raise money for the Cancer Council. The first Challenge is to find a card in the current SU Idea's Book & Catalogue and recreate it in pink. I have used the Owl Together Card on Page 52.

I have used Raspberry Tart DSP and Rose Red, Cameo Coral and Pretty in Pink Cardstock and inks.

I have change the picture but still not great because it's very over casted.

I'm going to make a start on the next challenge now.

Car Boot Sale

Hi All,

Imogen attends Brownies and they have a stall at the local Car Boot Sale, For the sale I have created lots of Christmas Gift Tags and Fridge Calenders.

For the tags I have used the Punch Pals Stamp Set and Assorted Cardstock Colours.

For the Calenders I have used Retired SU DSP, Great Friends and Petal Pizzazz Stamp Sets.

Inkspirations Colour Challenge #14 & Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #40

I have combined 2 challenges this week, Firstly it's the Inkspiration Colour Challenge #14 from Makeesha and also the Sweet Sunday Challenge #40 from Karen.

I'm laptop is currently being fixed so I'm currently using my Daughters laptop, unable to edit my photo.....

I love the colour combo also what a fun sketch...

Buttons and Stitching

I have just came back from Vision Valley, just beautiful. I did this card last week but haven't had the chance to post it. I hope it's not too late for the Cupcake Craft Challenge this week was Buttons and Stitching.


I have Lot's of birthday's coming up, so I thought this would be a good for Mekenzie who's turning 5 in a couple of weeks.

Inkspiration Sketch Challenge Card 2

Yes... I have created another Card using Makeesha's Sketch Challenge. My husband informed me on Sunday that it's his parents Wedding anniversary this week and he would like give them a card.....So I thought it would be perfect to use the same sketch...
I have watercoloured the flower using both the aqua painter and the blender pen.....

Inkspiration Sketch Challenge #14

WOW this is my 100th Post...and Yes more butterflies....This card l have made for a friends Birthday. I have used Makeesha's Sketch Challenge, Check out the DT beautiful cards HERE .

For the butterflies I have stamped them on the cardstock and then again on Vellum and with a bit of 2-way glue stuck them on, I love how the butterflies look like they are flying.

Card Recipe:
SU Cardstock: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red and Whisper White.
SU Stamps: Bird on a branch, Flight of the butterflies and Great Friends for the greetings.
SU Inks: Pretty in Pink, Rose Red, Basic Grey and Sage Shadow.

Colour Throwdown Challenge #63

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie for the loan of Circle Circus Stamp Set. I have created a very simple easy card but I kinda of like it......What do you think? I did get my inspiration from Splitcoasterstamper.

Princess Montana turns 5

My Daughter Montana turned 5 today, here's a picture of her at Build-a-Bear.


I decorated a Handbag pencil holder to go on her new desk. I used Sweet Always DSP and the Great Friends butterfly and check out the flower...It's from the pretties kit and I added some pink and glitter.



I also created a Name Plaque for Montana's wall and of course I have used my favourite Stamp Set again Great Friends also Sweet Always DSP.

Card in a Box Christmas Card

As I said yesterday this is my very first Christmas Card..... This Thursday I have a Stamping day with the team Creative Stampers. The idea is that everyone designs a card and brings enough supplies for everyone to make the card. I always get every nervous about my cards. So this is the card I taking....

Makeesha Inspiration Challenge #13

When I saw this picture I was inspired by the colours and flowers....This is my card.

SU Other: 3.2cm Striped Grosgrain Ribbon from the Spring Mini Cattie, Twine, Eyelet border punch, Scallop oval punch, 1/2" punch and clear embossing powder for Baroque as it's embossed.
